SKYSEN's heavy-duty rubber door wheels boast a three-layer composite construction, consisting of a hot-forged carbon steel core, a high-elastic rubber buffer layer, and a wear-resistant nylon-reinforced tread. Measuring 180mm in diameter, each wheel can bear a load of 600kg. Equipped with a wide roller bearing (30mm x 62mm), it operates within a temperature range of -30°C to 80°C, while the 8mm-deep V-shaped anti-slip grooves enhance stability. Thanks to the IP68 sealing design, the wheels are dustproof and waterproof, fitting track heights from 30mm to 100mm.  Door Wheels - These wheels are compatible with various door types, including metal pipe doors, fences, driveway gates, and others. They can swing horizontally or move in a sliding manner, which stops the door from dragging on the floor and simplifies its movement.

 Heavy-Duty Steel Structure: Crafted from heavy-duty, rust-resistant steel, these wheels are built to last. The robust shaft and grooved support frame offer stable support for residential doors and boast strong load-bearing capacity during use.

 Appropriate Sizes: Our rubber wheels come in two distinct sizes: 6" and 8" in diameter, with an overall length of 10". They are suitable for door frames ranging from 1-3/8" to 1-7/8" and pipes with an outer diameter of up to 2". It is advisable to measure your door frame before making a purchase to guarantee you order the right door size.

 Simple Installation: Firstly, lift the supporting door by a few inches. Then, take off the U-bolts, place the slide under the door, and fasten the slide to the door with the U-bolts, making sure not to tighten them excessively. After that, utilize the adjustable bolts on both sides to ensure the door rolls straight and connects with the latch. (Note: On uneven or rough surfaces, the door might not align perfectly with the latch post.)
