With a wheel diameter of 180mm, each wheel has a load capacity of 600kg. The wide roller bearing (30mm x 62mm) supports a temperature range of -30°C to 80°C, and the V-shaped anti-slip groove is 8mm deep. The IP68 sealing design provides dust and water resistance and is compatible with track heights of 30-100mm. Heavy-Duty Steel Construction: Made of heavy-duty, rust-resistant steel, these wheels are durable. The sturdy shaft and grooved support frame provide solid support for residential doors and good load-bearing capacity during operation.
Suitable Sizes: Our rubber wheels are available in two different sizes: 6" and 8" in diameter, with a total length of 10". They fit door frames from 1-3/8" to 1-7/8" and pipes with an outer diameter of up to 2". Please measure your door frame before purchasing to ensure you are ordering the correct door size.
Easy Installation: First, lift the supporting door a few inches. Next, remove the U-bolts, place the slide under the door, and secure the slide to the door using the U-bolts, being careful not to overtighten. Then, use the adjustable bolts on both sides to ensure the door rolls straight and hits the latch. (Note: On uneven or rough surfaces, the door may not align perfectly with the latch post.)
