The hinge structure has been scientifically tested and has excellent load-bearing and automatic closing and resetting performance. The hinge has a built-in 304 stainless steel spring core with an opening and closing life of over 100,000 times. MATERIAL COMPATIBILITY

1.Salt spray hell test: After continuous spraying of chlorinated salt water (5% concentration) for 90 days in a Florida laboratory, the hinge joints still rotate smoothly, and there is no whitening or powdering on the surface - equivalent to 25 years of service of the seaside fence.

2.Ultraviolet tyranny test: 2000 hours of UV accelerated aging in the Arizona desert exposure field, tensile strength retention rate> 95%, color change ΔE<1.5 (indiscernible to the naked eye).

3.Extreme cold challenge: The hinge is immersed in a -45℃ ethanol bath and opened and closed repeatedly 5000 times. The glass fiber reinforced PVC has no cracks and the spring force attenuation is less than 8%.

4.Chemical corrosion test: In the daily splash test of common disinfectants (bleach/iodine tincture) in horse farms, the vinyl material has no swelling and deformation, far exceeding metal hinges.

5.Mechanical life verification: The automatic closing test machine runs continuously for 100,000 times (equivalent to 30 times a day × 10 years), and the stainless steel spring force fluctuation is ≤5%.

6.Destructive load: When an overload of 200kg (33% above the standard) is applied to the installed door, the hinge joint does not crack, but only produces recoverable deformation.
