The unique hidden design can be completely embedded in the wooden door frame, which is both beautiful and practical. When closing the door, the hinge is hidden in the door body, and when opening the door, it is linked with the rotating shaft through spring reset to achieve smooth opening and closing of ≤180°. Suitable for 18-40mm thick wooden doors and composite doors. The stainless steel material gives it corrosion resistance and rust resistance. It is still rust-free after 500 hours of salt spray test. 304 stainless steel is the core material of the hinge, containing 18% chromium and 8% nickel, with three key advantages:
Corrosion resistance: Chromium forms a dense oxide film (Cr₂O₃) on the surface, isolating air, moisture and chloride ions (such as chlorine-containing environment in swimming pools). After passivation treatment, the oxide film is more stable, and there is no rust in the salt spray test for 500 hours, which is suitable for high humidity scenes.
Mechanical properties: tensile strength of 520MPa and yield strength of 205MPa, far exceeding ordinary iron hinges (tensile strength ≤375MPa), ensuring that the hinge does not deform or break when bearing weight or being impacted (such as the horse farm door being hit by livestock).
