The vinyl door lock kit (galvanized material) is a complete lock system designed for vinyl fence doors, including lock body, lock tongue, handle and installation accessories. The main body is made of hot-dip galvanized iron (zinc layer thickness ≥ 85μm), with double protection of phosphating primer + electrostatic powder spraying, taking into account both strength and corrosion resistance; the lock core is made of precision copper parts, which have smooth bite and excellent anti-pry performance.
The structure adopts modular design, the lock body and handle can be installed separately, suitable for 8-15mm thick vinyl door body, and the long hole installation position can compensate for ±3mm installation deviation. The kit comes with a vinyl protective gasket to avoid scratches caused by direct friction between metal and door body.
